Shaun Bailey, MP for Wednesbury, Oldbury and Tipton, is launching a survey following the submission of an application for a 5G mast in Wednesbury.
The application, which was submitted to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council by telephone company, 3, on 26 Feb, proposes that the mast be erected in Woden Road North, Wednesbury, a residential area with a primary school, Old Park, located nearby.
Shaun Bailey MP commented, ‘A number of local residents have been in touch with me in recent days to express their concerns over the proposal to erect a 5G mast in Woden Road North. I’ve launched this survey to gather as wide a range of views as possible to ensure Sandwell Council are aware of the strength of feeling on this matter before reviewing the application’.
