Parliamentary Garden of Remembrance
This week we pay tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. In parliament each MP is invited to place a symbol of remembrance from their constituency.
I wanted to pay tribute Joseph John Davies VC, a local man who grew up in Tipton and worked in Wednesbury, who went on to be awarded a Victoria Cross during the Battle of the Somme.
