Vaccination services are primary care based and will offer the vaccine to patients within their Primary Care Networks (PCNs) group from one nominated site. The full list of PCN sites now administering the vaccine is as follows:
Sandwell & West Birmingham
- Enki Medical (Modality)
- Whiteheath Medical Centre (Your Health Partnership PCN) Sandwell & West Birmingham
- Brasshouse Community Centre - (Caritas PCN) and
(Central Health Partnerships PCN) - Portway Lifestyle Centre (Citrus Health PCN),
(Newcomen PCN) and (Oldbury and Langley PCN)

Patients aged 80 and above who are mobile continue be the first to receive the jab at one of the PCN sites as advised by the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) who decide the order in which people will receive the vaccine.
GPs and other primary care staff will contacting eligible patients to book them in to vaccination clinics, patients do not need to contact their practice, they will be contacted by the NHS when they are eligible. Appointments not used for these groups will be used for healthcare workers who are at highest risk of serious illness from COVID-19.
All those vaccinated will need a booster jab 21 days later.
Vaccination centres treating large numbers of patients will subsequently stand up when further supplies of the vaccine become available, these will be confirmed when possible to do so.
In the meantime it's incredibly important that people continue to do everything they can to stop the spread of the virus. This means continuing to follow the Hands, Face, Space guidance and adhering to the Tier 3 restrictions which are currently in place.
