Rooth Street Cul-de-Sac

I know that residents have raised concerns to me about Rooth Street being used by drivers to cut through from Brunswick Park Road to Wood Green Road and vice versa. This has aggravated residents who have requested that Sandwell Council look into the matter and convert it into a cul-de-sac.
